GOZNEY° started by Tom building his own wood-fired pizza ovens to cook pizzas in, and when his friends started asking him to make one for them. As Tom says at the end of this video "Our mission at Gozney is to change the way the world cooks outdoors!"

Delivery of GOZNEY° Products

GOZNEY° ovens & their pizza-making accessories can be purchased in person at our Boise, ID showroom, or we also offer delivery to any location within the contiguous US (currently for free on orders of $299+ with promo code ZERO in checkout!). Larger ovens ship via palletized freight, and we always include a lift gate to get the oven off the truck. Freight deliveries also include pre-delivery notification by the carrier before the delivery day. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or USPS. GOZNEY° Oven Care & Maintenance

For exterior cleaning, use a non-caustic, bleach-free spray on soiled areas. Wash with warm soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, then wipe dry with paper towels. The interior is best cleaned through high-heat burn-off—at temperatures above 950˚F the oven will self-clean, reducing food debris and soot over approximately three hours.

Once cooled, any remaining residue can be gently loosened with a soft brush and removed with a vacuum using a plastic attachment. Avoid excessive pressure to protect the oven surfaces.

Bake or Roast

Using live fire with an open door and a gentler flame can yield entirely different results. Heat the oven to maximum temperature, then let it cool to below 550°F, with the air vent set to 50% and wood added less frequently.

This creates a slower roasting environment while maintaining a distinct dry heat, perfect for cooking larger cuts of meat or fish. The result is food that’s charred on the outside and moist on the inside. It's also ideal for baking breads like focaccia, delivering fire-kissed results every time.

Pizza Oven FAQs

How are your pizza ovens shipped?

Our pizza oven accessories & the small portable pizza ovens are shipped via UPS or FedEx and will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

However, most of our pizza ovens are shipped via freight, and we include the cost of a lift gate (the platform that lowers your oven down to the curb) upon delivery. If your pizza oven is shipped via freight the shipping service company will call you in advance to schedule your delivery, so make sure to provide your best daytime phone number with your order info within checkout.

Keep in mind that freight delivery drivers are not required to move your package into your garage or backyard, so you will need to open the package up on your curb or driveway and carry all of the components to where you plan to store or set up your pizza oven.

Can I use one of your pizza ovens indoors?

Most of our pizza ovens are specifically made to use outdoors, but some of our commercial pizza ovens are built for indoor use (if they are properly vented to the outside).

Some of our outdoor pizza ovens (like our stone pizza ovens) can also be used indoors if you properly prepare for it. This requires venting to the outside, and also making sure that the surrounding are fire resistant. We recommend clearing this with your insurance provider, especially if you are using a pizza oven inside of your shop or business.

Will my pizza oven strictly cook pizza?

No, you can cook virtually anything you would cook in a traditional oven in your pizza oven. Just keep in mind that the internal cooking temperature of a pizza oven is generally much higher than it is in a traditional (indoors) oven, so adjust cooking times accordingly.
