To be honest, I contacted Sabra Pizza on a whim. I had full intention of buying this oven locally. When Dave answered the phone at Sabra Pizza, I was blown away by the kind of customer service that you just cannot find anymore. He patiently answered all of my newbie questions and even shared his own personal experience with this brand. When I opened the door to potentially getting a larger oven and his potential to up-sale, he asked a few questions and it was clear that the larger would really be overkill in my situation. Who does that these days? If you are looking for a pizza oven or pizza gear stop wherever else you might be looking and give Sabra Pizza a call. I can’t imagine in what world you would be even the slightest bit disappointed.

Loving everything about our Sabra Purchase. It all started with a very informative website. Excellent customer service and communication , on time, effortless delivery, purposefully an d professionally packed for easy unboxing and set up. The way all internet purchases should be. I hooked the Alfa up to natural gas and the process was reasonably easy. The performance of the oven is excellent - it reaches 1000 F.
I’m still trying to figure the best setting and it’s fun. Highly recommended.

Had another oven not name brand. Now have a 5 minuti, best purchase ever. Huge grade heavy stainless powder coating should stand up to the elements as I am only 5 blocks from the beach. 1st cook was a tomahawk steak used about 1/2 the wood as previously same size oven. Just perfect, pizza is a snap will probably get the low and slow for breads and roasts. Dave was also great always quick and responsive. Five stars all the way

Bought this product for my first attempt in my new oven….absolutely perfect. I am going to order a supply to have on hand and will never order a pizza again.

This is my 4th pizza oven and it’s the best yet! Looking forward to making lots of pizzas with my Alfa!

I have the oven+base version of this cover. Even though it's made for the Brio model, it fits the Moderne (2 pizze size) perfectly. The material is lightweight but seems durable. I like that the bottom opening of the cover has an elastic drawstring that helps secure the cover to the stand. The length of the cover covers the entire stand down to the wheels, so anything stored on the bottom shelf is protected as well.
My only criticism, though not enough to take away any stars, is that I wish they would design a cover that allowed you to keep the chimney mounted when the cover is on. This cover follows the contour of the oven top perfectly, as long as the chimney isn't there. It's not a big deal to remove the chimney since it just slides out of the top of the oven, just one extra step.

Overall, I highly recommend this cover if you have an Alfa Brio or Moderne 2 pizze oven! If your oven is exposed to the elements, you'll want to protect that investment for the years to come.
