I hooked the Alfa up to natural gas and the process was reasonably easy. The performance of the oven is excellent - it reaches 1000 F.
I’m still trying to figure the best setting and it’s fun. Highly recommended.

Easy setup, gets to temp quick.This little pizza oven is so incredible. It can make a 14 inch pizza easily, has plenty of “headroom” for cooking roasted peppers, breads, other non pizza dishes. It is so cute and functional. I’m so glad I waited. I can finally make true Neapolitan pizza.

So glad I finally bought this. The first time I used it I was amazed at how hot this oven gets and how quickly it cooks pizza. The food comes out delicious.

Cooking on the Alfa is easy!

Have only made pizza once since I received a week ago, another planned. Worked perfectly, quick cook, learned some tips from my brother who had bought one ahead of me. Looking forward to the future pizza’s on this unit!
