So glad I finally bought this. The first time I used it I was amazed at how hot this oven gets and how quickly it cooks pizza. The food comes out delicious.
Can’t wait to use it more this fall in the cooler weather.
Very happy with my purchase, shipping and condition of the oven. Everything was packaged beautifully. Easy to put together. Very intuitive. Great quality. It fits nicely in my garage and I roll it out when I want to use it.

Cooking on the Alfa is easy!

Have only made pizza once since I received a week ago, another planned. Worked perfectly, quick cook, learned some tips from my brother who had bought one ahead of me. Looking forward to the future pizza’s on this unit!

If you have the oven this is an awesome addition…it’s functional and it looks fantastic! So glad I bought it.

Had another oven not name brand. Now have a 5 minuti, best purchase ever. Huge grade heavy stainless powder coating should stand up to the elements as I am only 5 blocks from the beach. 1st cook was a tomahawk steak used about 1/2 the wood as previously same size oven. Just perfect, pizza is a snap will probably get the low and slow for breads and roasts. Dave was also great always quick and responsive. Five stars all the way
