Collection: ALFA™ FUTURO Pizza Ovens

We have installed several word burning ovens over the years. This one, for a modern design worked best. The added bonus is that we tested it out and the pizza was outstanding!!!!

The quality of the cover was very good. However, since I was not planning to move the oven it was not as convenient to put it on after each use.

I bought two different patio heaters that each made it 2-3 years, and decided it was time to buy a quality one. Even though we've only had this even glo one up & running a couple of months, the quality difference is very apparent - it's much heavier duty than the cheaper ones we had before, and shows no signs of use at all yet. I can tell this will last many years to come!!!

Bought two of these for our wine bar's patio area earlier this Fall, and couldn't be happier. They have amazing coverage and the propane last longer than expected too.

Ordered the ALFA Moderno special edition. Price was great and it arrived in perfect condition. Can't wait to start cooking fresh pizza!

I hooked the Alfa up to natural gas and the process was reasonably easy. The performance of the oven is excellent - it reaches 1000 F.
I’m still trying to figure the best setting and it’s fun. Highly recommended.

Easy setup, gets to temp quick.This little pizza oven is so incredible. It can make a 14 inch pizza easily, has plenty of “headroom” for cooking roasted peppers, breads, other non pizza dishes. It is so cute and functional. I’m so glad I waited. I can finally make true Neapolitan pizza.

So glad I finally bought this. The first time I used it I was amazed at how hot this oven gets and how quickly it cooks pizza. The food comes out delicious.

Cooking on the Alfa is easy!

Have only made pizza once since I received a week ago, another planned. Worked perfectly, quick cook, learned some tips from my brother who had bought one ahead of me. Looking forward to the future pizza’s on this unit!

Would love to give a review but I haven’t tried it yet.
